Thermaline Series of CTP Plate Processors have been manufactured incorporating the most up to date electronic techniques available. The complete functions of the machine are controlled from one single touch screen control.

 

The sleek design enables the smallest footprint available for this type of processor. Automatic start-stop saves on power, even the rewash/regum has automatic start/stop.

 Two brushes in the developer ensure correct clearance of the plate. The brushes also have adjustable speed control, independent of the plate speed. There is also a brush in the wash section making sure that the plate is clear of all chemistry before gumming.

 

Other benefits are filtering of developer, Auto Fill with Auto Level stop, replenishment by plate area, anti-oxidation, Auto Gum Wash and periodic movement of rollers during standby mode. These are but a few of the useful operations controlled by the microprocessor.
